The Charity Birthday is an initiative of Own The Room Foundation.  Own The Room Foundation and D/B/A Charity Birthday is a 501(c)(3) registered nonprofit. Own the Room Foundation doing business as “Charity Birthday” operates a website at It is Own The Room Foundation and Charity Birthday’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our website. Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Charity Birthday collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Charity Birthday’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Charity Birthday’s visitors use its website. Charity Birthday may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Charity Birthday does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
